Nice! Back around '92 I think I weighed 10-15 lbs more than that. Lost 30lbs about 15 years ago when we bought this farm which got me out of the computer chair. Finally exceeded my long-term goal with a 6-month pandemic diet. Cheesecake, creme brulee, and girl scout cookies are now back on the menu!

.... I went with Juniors. The order process was a challenge. It took several days and several calls. The problem was on their end. It was very expensive even with their $20 discount. Packaging was outstanding. They did a great job with keeping the cheesecakes frozen and safe and the ice packs could have held up for another day or two. They failed to include the gift card!! For that amount of money, they can certainly double-check to include the gift card!!!

I ordered the sampler that had raspberry swirl, brownie marble, New York and apple crumb; as well as a New York since so many people say that one is always the best. Two people ate the sampler. They both agreed the apple crumb was their favorite. "It's like an apple pie combined with a cheesecake and unlike anything I have ever had." They both enjoyed all 4 flavors and the 80 year old said it was the best she has had. The NY cheesecake is in a freezer waiting for a special day, but I suspect those two will devour it any day now. LOL

I was repeatedly told this was the best gift. Thank you all for recommending Juniors.
I read recipes the same way I read science fiction. I get to the end and I think, "Well, that’s not going to happen."

The nuns at New Skete have wonderful cheesecakes.
    This is the correct answer.
