I'm liking the Magport. And for the port out of the machine I just wrapped it in painter's tape for the 5" hose. Tight fit. The Magport is a true 5" OD.

Thanks for this lead. I had never heard of these Magports.
Seems like a good accessory on a tool like the A3-xx where you're constantly detaching and reattaching the dust hose. I ordered a pair today.

I will say I think I'm going to invest in the outfeed support for the planer at some point.

Do this right away, it is the only extension you will need and it does its job well.
