    Small Assembly Table

A smaller version of my outfeed / assembly table for my Son-in-Law. We worked on it together so lots of male bonding which is good. The ply was picked up by him from an acquaintance that runs a cabinet shop. The birch ply sheets had been left out in the rain. Spoil was about 50% but, we made a few items out of it.

The top has a subset of the dog hole / clamp slots my larger table has. He bought the casters and hinge, I contributed the slides and the hardboard. We got to do woodworking after a fashion; win-win!

Nice job. My assembly table is uber cheap, made from a sheet of 3/4" appleply. It sits just 18" off the ground so the bulk of the work (like upper cabs) is at waist level. For smaller projects, it allows me to use a short adjustable shop stool. And I can easily knock it down to flat sheets.
