    wood species identification

    I had these two pieces of wood in the back of my pile. i got them a number of years ago and for the life of me, don't remember what they are. Any thoughts? in the first picture, it eh wood in the center. The one with the tag on it is canary wood...

    Im 99% sure that the one in the middle of the first picture is Bubinga.

    Yes, great - now that just struck my memory. Bubinga. The 2nd one still in question.

    i am thinking my other board is Padauk but not 100% sure

    The second board looks like mahogany.
