Hello all,

Recently, I was reached out to by Jim who posted below about Xenetech.
https://sawmillcreek.org/showthread....enetech-Beware

We wanted to share our story. This happened to us last year, right as myself and my business partner, were branching off on our own to start our new business. We knew the first year in business was going to be hard, but thanks to Xenetech, it was made a lot harder.

In September 2019, we purchased a laser engraver from Xenetech in Louisiana. We paid a deposit for half of the invoice ($11,037.50) on July 16th with the promise the machine would arrive in 6 weeks and then we would pay the balance. The machine took 10 weeks to get to us and arrived broken. Over a week later, they finally managed to get a technician out to look at it with the promise that if they could not fix it, they would refund our money and we would then return the broken machine. The tech spent 2 full days working on the machine and could not fix it (October 10/11). The following Monday (10/14), we were advised they would wire us our deposit back so we could return the machine. No money has been given back to us. We hired a NY attorney to who drafted a letter with a deadline and Guy never responded and no word since.

We filed complaints to several agencies with no results.

As you can see from the Better Business Bureau link, they have done this to lots more people.

Since we have our name out there, we have been contacted by at least 4 other companies who all have similar stories about Xenetech. Amounts ranging from $8,000 to $28,000. All small honest businesses, the people couldn't be nicer. We do not want to get another call from one more company. I don't want this to come off as one angry customer, I wish that was the case.

Please reach out to me directly if you have any advice or want to chat more in depth. And I hope this helps someone else.

Thanks,
Alex
