Porter Cable nail gun - which rebuild kit?

My trusty FR350 framing nailer needs some love after 20+ years. There are numerous rebuild kits - not sure what to buy or should I send it off for rebuild or just buy a new gun

Anyone been through this?

Are you asking if you can use a generic brand kit, or only a P-C? Kits for that specific nailer are all over the place after a short Google search.

I don't know anything at all about that gun, but most of the time, when a gun quits working, the only part needed is the firing seal. For my guns, you can buy that part by itself, and it's easy to replace. Probaby worth the first try.

Richard -Kits for that nailer are all over the place in price and what they include. I'm hoping someone here has rebuilt one and knows what to buy.
