    Child’s Stools

I am in a group that meets on Tuesday mornings to make Toys for kids. I copied this stool that was around my house growing up. My father made it and I have a photo of my older sister standing on it before I was born, and I am 71. (Pic #1.). I am one of the younger members to be in this group.
    Note the PATINA!

Thanks for the kind comments. The Shepherd is 13 and doing fair. She is my 4th one and oldest yet.

    Those are very nice!
Good looking dog, too! Looks right at home out in that snow.

Rustic? Well, no. That was not my intention!

Count me as fan of this stool as well. Adding this to the shameless copycat list of projects. I have a two year old grand daughter whose mother just remodeled their kitchen with hickory cabinets. I think that stool in hickory would make a fantastic addition to their new kitchen. Thanks for posting these.
