The regular Dremel rotary tool. You can see it on the floor in the picture with the green tub.
If you need a finished edge, the finer the tool the better. I had 19 feet of edge to cut on that shower conversion, with no chance of finding any tiles to match the old work. I don't believe it could have come out any better.
