Will my MIniMax S45 band saw tension a 3/4 inch blade?

I bought a used 18 inch MiniMax S45, 1.75HP, single phase, about 4 years ago. Its in great shape, haven't had to do anything to it. Cuts nicely. I have always had a 1/2 inch blade on it of one sort or another. First a Lenox Diemaster II and now a Starrett. It came with an extra 3/4", 6 TPI, Dart blade which I have never put on. The seller also threw in a whole new roll of Dart 3/4" blade material. (He had never used it, it was his dad's BS) My question is, does anybody know if that saw will tension a 3/4" blade. Its not cast iron saw, but a 330 lb welded spine, made in Italy BS. Randy PS I also have a old Delta 10" 768 with a 1/4" blade on that I use for tight curve cutting.

AFAIK, you should have no issue with a 3/4" band on that saw.

I also think it will be ok unless the bands thickness is above .035 what the next size up .042 or something.
If it’s thick it might eventually break in a spectacular bang.
    Good Luck

3/4" is great on that saw. No wider, though.

I have two of the same saws and run a 3/4" blade on one with no problems.
