    New format for listing posts

This is not a complaint, because I'll figure it out eventually. However, I've had a bit of a problem with the new format of posting and the order they are listed. I sometimes miss a post because they are not always in order on the main page, and some posts are not on the main page. I've figured out that I have to go to the top and see where some of the posts are under some of the other posts and that's why they don't show up in order. (Old dogs can learn new tricks.) I find it inconvenient. Again, if this is a better way for most, I certainly don't want to complain. Maybe I'm not doing something right. It's not a major issue.

    Just a thought.

    John,

I could be wrong but I think the problem may be with the display options that you have selected.

    1. Select "User CP" in upper left hand corner
    2. Select "Edit Options"
    3. Select "Thread Display Mode"
    4. You have 4 options:
    __a. Linear - Oldest First
    __b. Linear - Newest First
    __c. Thread
    __d. Hybrid

See which of the above a - d is set. I think you want option 4.a., but you can play around with the different options, some of them are really wierd.

    Regards, Joe

    Thanks Joe,

It worked like a charm. I guess this old dog can wait to learn a new trick.
