    What's all this talk of concrete dust, as though it's a given with an unsealed floor? Neither the concrete in my shop or basement shed concrete dust. It isn't a thing unless the concrete is degraded or defective.

    Thanks for the feedback and suggestions. The painter eventually suggested to acid etch the floor a mop the floor repeatedly with clean water until rinsed properly. He etched and painted this week and I’m pleased with the results. A little toe molding and I’ll be setting up shop soon!

    Looks great. Glad you didn't leave the walls white. This is a space you will spend time in, it should be nice.
