    Wall art projects

    Another post from member Chris on a wall clock, got me thinking about other wall art projects. My son saw something like this at a craft show and asked if I could make one for him. It became a fun project with offcuts and a chance to use my bow saw, spokeshaves, molding plane and various other hand tools.

    Wondering what others have made to decorate friends and family’s home walls with “scrap”.

    I like it. I can't tell if it's an optical illusion from the photo, but it looks like there's a test tube or something which I think is for flowers???

    Thanks Chris. Yes, it’s a “bud vase” test tube with a rubber “O” ring.

    That's very cool Phil - really nice lines. Well done. Little projects like that are a lot of fun - and cuts down on the piles of cut offs gathering dust.
