    Jon,
That is a great looking build. How long have you been working on it?

I’d like to build a boat in the future, I’m glad to see that there is someone in the Co. Springs area that has made one.

Thanks Ian. I’ve been on and off working on this one for about 5 months. The first one I built took about a year, ive gotten mor3 done on the new one with more quarantine time in shop.

Just curious; what is the thickness of the Meranti hydrotek plywood?
    Looking excellent

    Hey Jon
Nice project. "Changing the lines". Tell us what you are going for there.

And did you have to make that hole in your shop to get it out?

    Sorry, missed these last posts.

Meranti side panels are 1/4”, bottom hull is 1/2” and decking is 3/8”.
    LOA is 16’9”.
The lines I “changed”, means I modified many of the stations from a classic Briggs dory, to enlarge some spaces and make other smaller. Also made some changes to both the sheer and chines.

A few pictures from later parts of the build, including hatch work, adjustable footrest, bronze casting and gunwales, casting bronze, and maiden voyage on the Green River.
