Weldwood plastic resin glue hard in the tub

I have two 1 lb tubs of this that are sort of hard, I can dig into and crumble the contents though. Is this stuff still good?

Mix up a small amount and glue two pieces of scrap. Then try to break them apart. If they break somewhere other than the joint, you're probably good to go.

Just wondering if anyone had some personal experience, it's sat on the shelf for maybe 5 years.

Plastic resin glue has a one year shelf life. Older even if not hardened it won’t dissolve but looks like cottage cheese. Personal experience several times.

Yep. You can even ruin it by just leaving the top off for a short time on a hot humid day. When I've had to mix like 20
pounds at once, I would put a top over it while weighing what I had.
