Cure Time for GF High Performance Poly?

I am using GF High Performance Poly (four coats) as I refinish my basement stairs. I am the only that will use the stairway and I only wear sneakers. GF says full cure time is 21 days and 7-10 days for light use. I am using oak tread covers so the finishing is being done before installation over existing treads.

So, my question is how long must I wait before I can walk on the finished treads. Thanks

When I use HP Poly it dries hard enough to handle in a couple of hours, is ready to put into light service in one or two days, and reaches what seems to me like full cure in about 7 days. 21 days is surprising to hear from GF for a WB product; that's more like OB products. I think you could walk on it in socks or slippers in 3 days or less and do as you please after a week.
