I'm looking for guidance/advice/suggestions. I need to attach a round live edge slice table top to a pressure treated post. I am looking for the best method to attach the table top to the post. Also, this is for an outdoor space. Please help. Thanks

You're talking a slice which would be horizontal in the tree trunk? That is, the face of the slice is all end grain? If so, the slice is going to crack as the wood dries. The cracks will be nearly radial, running from pith to bark.
Perhaps your use of the slice will be okay with a couple of big cracks in it -- like a rustic outdoor table -- but you should design with cracking in mind.
