    Tyzack and Sons saw

I have a chance to buy a 16 inch #120 Tyzack and sons tenon saw. It's in great shape, but I don't know anything about the saw or its value.
Does anyone have any opinions about the saw and what I should offer?
I would post a picture but, I'm doing this from my phone and can't figure out how to attach the pictures.

Is this a new or old saw? Note what paul has to say, just search for Tyzack and also read some other responses. Their saws seem to be well thought of, but, the question is really, who made it I thini.

Some history if you want it:

I assume hat it is not marked "for kitchen use", yeah, it was a thing.

I would not pay a lot for it, especially since a Lee Valley saw is very usable and not super expensive, but, probably a good saw

For my "accumulation", I have picked up a couple of vintage Tyzack tenon saws, "as new" (if any wear, very light), for less than $100.00 each, no more than 2 years ago. I did not use them, as they're more collectable than anything. To me, they are a bit clunkier in the hand than Disston and for a user, I would search out the latter saw (would be cheaper, anyway).
