MDF Paint Questions

I don't work with MDF much, but I am making a large built in with MDF and will be cutting the parts with a CNC machine. I will be using face frames and trim so none of the edges will be seen. My questions is, can I paint the entire sheet prior to cutting? This would make it much easier than painting all of the parts.

Yes, you can...it's not uncommon. Just be sure the paint you use is fully cured before you plop it on the machine so any interface with the spoilboard doesn't mar the finish.
