    A true work of genius😊

I had my wood stored on a shelf system but every time I needed some wood it was beneath ten other pieces of wood. So I watched about 50 videos on how to make a wood storage system. I was determined to use what I had in the shop. So here's what I did, I simply turned the bookshelf on its side and it worked perfectly, A true work of genius IMG_20200418_140235_hdr.jpg
Note that the cross piece about halfway down is an old wooden curtain rod that I kept despite my wife telling me I'd never use it😊

Not sure I'll go exactly that way but it is food for thought. The front crosspieces look to be in the way for longer stock but the dividers look helpful. Could be made to slide along a pipe near the wall.

Norm would call that "YANKYEE ingenuity"! If it works for YOU, that's all that matters!
