clear vue ???

Am having trouble with my clear vue cyclone. Seems to have lost most of its suction, I know filters first, but if filters are plugged and I remove the clean out cap at the bottom shouldn't air be blowing out of it. I have checked the runs all seem clean, opened up dust port closet to cyclone just to be sure not much suction. new filters arrived today anyway. Have not gotten up there to make sure impeller is not slipping, but everything sounds the same.

Sounds like you have a blockage before the impeller.

Maybe a plastic bag in the fan

You should be able to see the impeller

Make sure your dust bin is sealed.
