    Good time to clean/adjust tools, repalce cords and do the brakes

    I spent a while yesterday replacing the cord on my drill. I will clean and adjust my tablesaw soon. I hadbought brakes for my truck. I was waiting for summer vacation but now seems like a good time to do stuff like that. I have the fluid and will do a transmission flush and refill on the wife's suv.
    Rock auto is still shipping AFAIK.

    Agreed it is a good time to take care of things I have ignored for too long. I have been overlooking my growing collection of leftover wood because it was easier to avoid dealing with it, but enough was enough. Over the weekend I cut up and filled 11 - 50 gallon trash cans worth scrap wood. Finally I have more room in my shop and can actually find things.

    Agreed. I actually broke out the water stones and worked on chisels and plane irons. Heaven forbit I use my hand tools!
