I copied, and pasted the image from another forums. I have no idea what else is going on with it, so there may be some code that different virus protectors don't like.
It's just a printed orange sign, with black letters that says: " If you don't like wearing a mask, you're going to really hate the ventilator".

What you can do is open the image on your screen, then use the snipping tool to make a copy and save it as a Jpeg so you can upload it here.

Copy & paste doesn't work with V-Bulletin. What does work is a screen shot to jpeg.
On my machine, an iMac, the copy image key command is Shift-Control-Command-4.
To make a screen shot is the same with out the Control key being held down, Shift-Command-4.
Then to make it easy the screen shot can be named, if desired for filing, and uploaded.
