    Sunny, but not runny is the best. Even better sitting on top of some corned beef hash.

    Burnt? Hardly...the crispy edges are the best part!

    My favorite way to make fried eggs is to put a pile of shredded or grated aged sharp cheddar (REAL cheddar) on the griddle, wait until it mostly melts, and then crack the egg on top. By the time the egg is cooked to just slightly runny the cheese will be crispy and a little brown around the edges. You can serve as is or flip them for a tad if you prefer over easy. Mmmmmm

    I grew up dipping toast in the yolk. My mom used to cut my toast in to strips. Old habits die hard.

    I do like my eggs with corned beef hash occasionally. After Saint Patrick's Day I make my own Corned Beef Hash. Much better and less salt than what can be bought in the store. This morning it was with sausage and potatoes.
