This reminds me of a time my dad went out at night to bring in his black and white cat. The cat's food bowl was on the back porch. My dad went out in the dark and reached down and picked up the cat. It wasn't until he stepped inside into the light that he realized is wasn't a cat looking back at him. He carefully went back outside and set it down. He then decided his cat could spend the night outside.

What I noticed is that it doesn't have your name and address on it, and it says that they've already deducted the money, and then asks you to pay it.

I get these kind of things but I won't open them. There's always a chance that they are a virus implant tool.

In fact, I won't open any attachment unless I know the sender and s/he specifically says something in the message that identifies them to me.

My wife's 4 year old grand nephew lives in the city, and when a car parked blocking their driveway, he wrote a ticket and put it on the car demanding payment of $82.00. He also gave something to a 3 year old friend, and then said that the friend owed him $30.00.

He might have a future in this kind of thing...
