    I'd also be worried about what all the water would do to my apartment when whatever they used as a lining fails and the water comes pouring in....

    Around here, live load code requirement is 40psf, or with Mr. William's dimensions, 1440lbs total. So if we assume his other dimensions & calculations are correct, we better hope the builder/GC/architect hit that 2X factor of safety. Or 3X?
