Looking for 1/8 x 1/8 ebony or Blackwood strips.

Needs to be bendable for a bow front table. I can’t use the very thin strips so abundantly available.

I can make my own but seem to be having trouble finding stock other than very short lengths.

In your searches, try using the term "perfing" to see if anything like you want comes up.

Thanks Jim I found a great site called inlaybanding.com they had what I needed.

I think what gave me trouble was the proper search should have been "stringing".

I think that the term you are referring to is "purfling (;." It will yield better results (I just tried). Howard
