Finishing white oak porch swing

I am finishing a porch swing and wondered what is the best finish to use? It is built with white oak and the seat surface is 1" slats. Any ideas?

Good: Primer and paint or marine varnish like Epifanes

Better: Epoxy primer followed by marine paint or varnish

Best: 2K Poly.

Another option is trying a good exterior deck stain/sealer. It wouldn't have a thick protective film but white oak is so weather resistant it might not matter.

Is it in the weather or somewhat protected under a porch? GF 450 is a well regarded external clear finish.
