    A Viking replica

    Not my work, but I ran across this photo when I was digitizing some slides I took while I was in Iceland back in 1985.

    Interesting,but it's a copy...not a replica. Replica was coined to mean a copy made by the maker of the first one. I'm
    surprised at how much carving it has.

    My brother, the machinist, would motorize that for occasional parade appearances. Thanks for sharing!
