Help Removing Switch From Housing

The switch on my Laguna LT18 bandsaw finally died. I tried blowing it out without any success. I ordered a new part but need some help replacing it. Attached is a picture of the switch in the housing. I believe that there is a low voltage cut-off attached on the left side.

I can’t figure out how to remove the switch from the housing & I am also concerned about separating the switch from the low voltage cut-off without breaking the connection. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Was it a small clip on the top rear of the unit that held it on a DIN rail?

Frank before you abandon that switch. Hold it upside down and give it some lite firm taps with hammer handle. Then hook it back to the wires and see if it starts.
One more last try is after tapping it see if you can install it upside down with wires hooked up. See if it starts.
My bandsaw has a Moeller switch and it’s still going strong upside down.
This was suggested to me by a tech.

Does not look like a switch to me. Looks like an overload, maybe a contact or with built in overloads. Probably a DIN mount.

Exactly. It was the first thing that I tried but was concerned about breaking it. The more I investigated I realized that it had to be the clip so I applied a little more force and it popped right out.

I tried the upside down trick with zero luck. The saw is over twenty years old and this is the first issue so I'm fine with replacing the switch.
