Looking for a commercial scroll saw.

Hello woodworkers. I haven't posted in years but need a little help in choosing a scroll saw. My last one was an Excalibur 30". I really liked that machine. I sold the shop years ago and am looking for a saw as capable as what I had. I'm learning that the original Excalibur isn't being made. They make a 21" but I'm reading it's not the same saw. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Phil

The big question is what type of work you do. The Hegner is a very sturdy saw that lasts forever. But maybe not a good choice if you do a lot of fret work.

    Hello
There is a Oliver 273-D on Ebay right now. Not sure you could do much better?

Here's a good place to read reviews. I don't cut a lot, the Dewalt still meets my needs. https://scrollsawer.com/category/product-reviews/

    Hawk and Hegner are good.
