Target Coatings Excellent Customer Service

I received a shipment today from Target Coatings that was destroyed in transit. It was two quarts of product that both were opened. The shipper simply put what was left of the cans into a plastic bag and then into a new box.

I contacted Target Coatings and in a few minutes they had a replacement shipment out the door. After that they requested I send some photos.

I have always loved their products and now I have another reason to love the company. Their attitude was one hundred percent of helping me first and figure out the rest later.

Wow...all my orders from them have always been packed very well. The shipper must have had some real gorillas working that day! But yea...their customer service has always been great for me, too.
