Hello,
For some reason my roku will nit connect to the media server that in in my computer. The funny thing is it was working as it should before...lets say a month ago and now it just tells me waiting for a device. The roku connects to the internet without problem. Don't know what to check exactly.

Had the same problem last month. We had to reboot the roku twice and it worked after that. Have you tried rebooting?
My Dad always told me "Can't Never Could".

Just a shot in the dark, but I wonder if your computer got a new IP address from your ISP (DHCP) and the roku couldn't find it's server.
