    Simple little table...

    Styled after a Shaker Bedside Table, made of Ash...

    rather a bit plain...

    Legs were a 2pc glue up, tapered on two sides...

    Simple bread board ends...stands 22-1/4" tall, top is 3/4" x 16" x 20"

    Stain is called Gunstock. Finish is 3 coats of Amber Shellac.
    Would make a decent one weekend project...

    Classic design and well executed. It's an easy design to use as a base for alternative versions, such as with a wider apron and a drawer and/or with a lower shelf, etc. You can vary the look with this design by altering the amount you relieve the edges, too. Great job! Make some more of these!

    Table was a Christmas gift for my wife's Pastor. Well received, BTW...

    Legs are taper on 2 sides only, outside corners are straight. Most of the Shaker style tables I make are tapered this way.

    Colour is a Minwax stain called "Gunstock", seems to do a nice job on the Ash.

    Pastor is bragging all about his new, little table.
