Spindle Adapter for Multistar Chuck

Hi,

I received a used Multistar Duplex chuck recently, but am having a hard time finding an adapter for it.

My spindle is 1-1/4 x 8 tpi (Laguna 1836)

The chuck has two available spindle sizes...

3/4 x 16 tpi
1 1/2 x 6 tpi

Cannot find the right adapter and don't like the idea of using two adapters in series although that would be possible.

Any ideas about this?
