1) - Initial assembly of the machine purchased prior to 2006 (don't ask). The belt tension handle will NOT move as per the instructions. Short of beating on it, I do not know what to do. It is critical because the belts are too loose to even cut wood. I can wiggle the handle a hair before it hits something metallic (in either direction).
2) - If I got a chcuck key in the original package, it is MIA. What size do I need?
