    What is this?

I received this in the boxes with the old Craftsman Lathe I was given. I have the lathe cleaned up and put together, but don't know if this even belongs with it or what it is. It does have the Craftsman logo on it. Each yoke is adjustable up/down and each yoke has 2 screws in the sides like you are supposed to clamp something in it.

    Ideas? Suggestions?

Thanks Dave. I posted over there and have an answer already. It is part of a jack stand for holding a cone pulley.

And it took a whole seven minutes for someone to identify it.
