    Hi John, that would depend upon the radius being cut.

    Without knowing that I would suggest either a 1/4" to 1/2" 6TPI blade............Regards, Rod.

    Second the recommendation for Lenox bi-metal. Love those blades. Depending on material, you might want higher TPI. I run 1/4- 14/18's. They are great for plys and thinner stock but also cut good even through thick materials.
