Any chance this coincides with replacing your tires?
These tire sensors are a little computer inside the wheel and tire shops like to break them for you.
F150 definitely uses these, not wheel speed monitoring like some others do.
Sometimes these just go bad. There are tools that can read these sensors, not just at the dealer. They are commonly available. So you are not limited to the dealer if you have a preferred shop.
I'm a Toyota tech and I actually prefer one made by Wurth vs the Toyota tool, it's what we use.

I am aware of the sensors. I will go to discount tire and have them deal with it.

My Wife has a 2010 Taurus. Same deal with the tire sensors. a couple of the tire valve stems leaked. New stems set with a thin smear of silicone fixed the leaks.

Having the same issue with a 2015 Transit right now. All pressure is good. I’m sure it’s the seasonal temp changes.
If you figure this one out, I’d love to know too. I have gone throught the reset. It’s about the equivalent of standing on one leg, facing north & offering a chicken to the Ford Gods. But it worked.
Not sure if it’s the same but, this is the reset for the transit- https://www.drivingtesttips.biz/ford...ing-light.html
