This Made Me Feel a bit Older

Took grandchildren camping. Showed them how to lay a fire and handed one a box of matches - he had no idea what it was - never saw a match before. Wanted to know why I didn't have a butane grill lighter. But.........once I showed him how to use an ax, which he had never seen, he cut wood until his hands bled. The ax was the highlight of the trip for him.

Mine retired. When I went in to meet the new guy, I asked to see his hands. When he asked why, I told him I would choose my next doctor base on finger size.
