    Can you flip some of the trim over and mill the shapes in the opposite side?

    No, Most of the casement pieces have a 1/4" roundover, while the baseboard is a pretty standard ogee bit. Might be possible in some places, I'll think about it.

    With a house full of molding and trim to strip, I would be more inclined to remove the trim, cut off a small length of each pattern, strip it with chemicals, and then send it to a mill work shop. They will be able to make knives to replicate the molding, and supply you with whatever lengths you need. Stripping a house full of trim will get old fast.
    You may be able to replicate it yourself with router bits of shaper cutters if you are so equipped.
