    Hearing Protection

    Now entirely off topic for those of us who use power tools and chainsaws and such. I think I posted this before but was reminded of it with the recent thread on ear muffs and hearing protection.

    I don't know any sign language (wish I did) but I know some experts - I should ask how accurate this poster is.

    ….or you could have to learn sign language if you have a disease …..like Meniere's disease. Protect you hearing, eye sight and use safety devices!

    And real shoes. After cutting a bowl blank from a plank a month or so ago for a student I dropped the bulk of the plank. The corner hit first and broke my middle toe. I was not wearing sensible shop shoes.
