    Kitchen Cabinet Question

We are considering new cabinets. At the moment we are wondering if it is at all practical to have drawers that are not sharp cornered rectangles. Ok, rectangles but softened.

Do you mean the shape of the drawer face or are you talking about the shape of the drawer box?

That would be a personal choice thing. You could make as little or as much radius on the corners as you desire.

I like inset, that makes the corners "sheathed". Most drawer "treatments " are ways to avoid the work of inset. You could
use something like a stepped bevel similar to profile of raised panels .But that does not work well on the shorter flatware
    drawers.
