    Lesson learned: blame the grandson first

    I couldn't get on the internet this morning. I checked all sorts of things, ran troubleshooters. Then it occurred to me that my internet is slaved off of the router in our daughters house (same property). Sure enough, our curious 1.5 year old grandson had turned off the main router.

    Stinker.

    Keeping anything crucial (in this day and age) where a toddler can reach it is scary as the netherworld's area.
    We've been parents a loooong time, and foster parents over 35 years. We get safety reviews all the time.
    No cords leading to heavy equipment accessible to little ones to pull on, that's a first issue cited.
    I know how testy relationships can be between parents/in-laws, but Roger, are you on good enough terms to suggest an industrial level safety inspection?
    This could be a great way for a small item to lead to a greater good.
    Young enough to remember doing it;
    Old enough to wish I could do it again.
