    Some Deer............

    Antler on a SS 2 piece core. Finished antler with 10 coats of Thin CA.
    Polish outside and inside core 220 thru 2500 grit.
    Finish polished with AUTOSOL

    That is a special ring and excellent finish. What is autosol? I have some deer antler i’m In the process of using for a pen and have been wondering how to finish it. In fact I was going to ask the forum for ideas. THanks for sharing.

    That's a great looking ring!

    Is Autosol a very light abrasive that comes in a red tube? I think I remember such a product that is used for polishing silver, etc. If so, how did you use it as a finish?
