    New shop remodel

I am turning a 30x40x10 shed into a woodshop. The whole space is dedicated to the shop. I have a 16ft overhead door to bring in bunks of lumber and sheet goods with a forklift. I have an 8ft overhead in the back corner. I was thinking of making a room in the back corner to catch the saw dust into custom made bins that I can remove with the skidsteer to empty. My question is, would I want the dust collector in a separate room attached to that room or would it be safe in the dust collecting room. I do live in MN. Thanks.

This is a rough drawing. I just purchased an scmi si300n sliding table saw. Have a pm66, Oliver jointer, planer, shaper and numerous other tools as well. I am wanting to have a decent dust collection system when i move my shop into this location. My current dust system leaves much to be desired.
