    Stanley 46 Cutter Angles

    Just bought a Stanley #46 with all skew angled cutters. The cutters need attention. What is the proper bevel angle for the #46 cutters? 25°? Thanks

    I have a new iron from St. James Bay and a set of originals. They are all 22 degrees + or - a bit.

    20 degrees, or 70 degrees .... depends on which side of the blade you are measuring
