New Workshop Recommendations -Tool Placement, Lighting etc

Hi all, just started framing a new house that will have a 850 SF workshop. Looking for any and all ideas. Ceiling is 10 ft. There will be 220 power on almost every wall. For equipment I have the following: 52" (or is it 54") SawStop; Minimax 16; Clearvue cyclone DC; Bosch SCMS; 6" Delta jointer but intend to expand to an 8" something; Small workbench ( 2ft by 5 ft); DeWalt 12" planer; 16-32 Drum sander; small table top oscillating sander; jet floor drill press; Festool dust collector and assorted Fes Tools.

Intend to build perimeter cabs/drawers and add a fairly large outfeed table. Eventually may add a full size lathe. Will have also a lumber rack.

Any and all suggestions welcome, tool layout etc but also lighting.worksop dimensions.jpg

Group your machinery for workflow. Leave open space for flexible assembly and for finishing. There is no rule that says you have to spread everything all around or line every wall. Be efficient with storage rather than have it everywhere, but also leverage space up high for it, too. Since you have a 10' ceiling, do vertical lumber and sheet goods storage. Get your cyclone and compressor in a sound reduced closet, too.

Electrical panel on side attached to house where power comes in and a sub panel on opposite wall. You can find used panels with breakers installed on craigs list and the bay for about the cost of a bare panel at the box stores. They also have used wire and cable. No idea if your inspector allows used stuff like that.
