    Lots of challenges there. Here's a suggestion for the electrical;

    Properly install a couple of duplex outlets in the side of the house, one each side of the doorway. Hang a hook near each one and hang a 16' extension cord on each. This will get you power to your shop without creating any hazards and without getting you in any trouble with the building inspector.

    Lights are a whole 'nother matter. Someone may have an idea.

    I've run power in the areas you suggested along with led flood lights above them.

    The hook is a good idea. I was thinking of maybe running a hook above from the roof and dropping power down. Along with maybe a compressor hose on a reel.

    We've got some rain the last few days so I'm definitely taking notes.

    Flirting around with the idea of maybe doing clear outdoor pvc walls on the ends for a drafts and possibly something like this on the outside.
