Can anyone identify this tree/bush/weed?

I used every variation of search words & terms I could think of-- 'weed' fills the image sections with marijuana, so that didn't help much -

And sorry about the dark pics, got sidetracked and it got dark- but anyway, in all my searching I couldn't find any pics of leaves that look like these:

The problem is, this thing is growing like crazy- it's over 7' tall right now, and a month ago it didn't exist! The wife planted some prepackaged assorted wildflower seeds last year, and this just showed up. It's actually nice looking, doesn't look like a weed but at the rate it's growing the thing is going to eat the house!

I need to know if it's good or bad-- although I'm pretty much a believer in that all vegetation is evil
