Question for those of you who use a high speed buffer to rub table tops

I've always done this with my Ceros, but recently I picked up a job which is particularly large, and I decided it's time to speed up the process. I picked up this Dewalt buffer along with these buffing pads from Amazon. What exactly is the process you use and which compounds do you prefer?

In the past, I've used my ceros with 1000-4000g SC pads to create a rubbed surface from satin to gloss respectively. I just used soapy water and it worked fairly well, albeit a bit slow. Can you walk me through your rubbing process using a high speed buffer?

    1) machine RPM?
    2) which color pads to use?
    3) which compounds you like?

    Thanks!
